Alan,

Ian Jackson is in violation of the law. My BIL is an overseer elsewhere in England and they had a similar case. They reported it to the police immediately, as they had no other choice. It is the LAW that a person in authority MUST report such matters to the police immediately. There is to be NO coverup.

Alan, I don't know you, but what is your purpose in reporting such a matter to a website who doesn't know you and doesn't know any of the facts.

Unfortunately it isn't the law in the UK that one must report abuse, otherwise Mr Jackson would have a criminal record too.
